Just transfer everything over to a Nintendo/Sanyo frame. You may need to buy some PCB feet for the chassis (the existing Vision Pro plastic chassis mounting platform may not fit onto the area that the Sanyo chassis mounts to), and you'll need to drill some holes for the PCB feet screws in the sheet metal of the Sanyo frame that you are mounting to.
I did something similar with the Vision Pros I put into my two Dynamo HS-1 cabinets. Neither the standard shelf-mount frame nor the universal mount frame would fit and allow the back door to go back on, so I transferred the tube and chassis over to the WG compact frames that were in there originally.
If you transferred the Vision Pro to a Sanyo frame, you wouldn't be the first to do it. Mike's Arcade sells Vision Pros in Sanyo frames along with a color inverter/audio amplifier as a drop-in replacement for a Nintendo monitor. Also, there is a DK restoration thread around here somewhere where the guy transferred his Vision Pro to a Sanyo frame.
