SOLD Popeye in Chicagoland 250.00
« on: June 29, 2009, 02:48:17 pm »
I bought this from More Cowbell here on the boards a little while ago for 250.
I was going to do a DK2 project and this fit the bill.

Since then I have bought a nice DK cab and put in AS DK / DK2 HS kit so now my dedicated DK2 project is put off till I have nothing better to do.

Soooo, this is just sitting in my garage and I'd like to move it to someone who would use it.
Needs a capkit has a small amount of vertical foldover (typical sanyo)
Cab is in outstanding condition and has new t-molding art is slightly torn around the edges but is mostly there.

Bezel, marquee, and cp are in excellent shape, with the exception of one or 2 very small slight cig burn imperfections for nostalgia sake on the cpo. (very small)

When I bought it it did not have wheels, I bought some origional ones and I also would include a lower vertical monitor mounting bracket that I bought as well.

250.00

goes to CL this holiday weekend if no takers
located in 60451 just off of I80 and I 355
I'll post some pic's when I get home
Thanks
GD

Damn fine shape. Woulda been a shame to switch it to DK. Way worth that price.

Hi, are you willing to just sell me the coin door for $50? Excluding shipping to the Netherlands, Europe.

Sorry it sold a few weeks ago
I modified the subject header to reflect that now
and it now resides in an actual arcade, how cool is that......

  • Yeah, owning a MAME cab only leads to owning real ones. MAME just isn't good enough. It's a gateway drug.

Where?

My old KI2 is in there as well, Nice place, family owned and operated, and one of the few remaining in the area
anyone in the close proximity should support these guys, and drop a few tokens, and bring your kids if you have any, it's like living it all over again except by watching your children do it instead of you. (ok, I admit it, I dropped a few tokens in too)
