New firefox hiccups
« on: October 06, 2008, 02:54:45 am »
Ive been rather peeved at the new update for firefox. Has anyone else noticed the problems?

The first one that peeved me was that the Realplayer download plugin isnt compat.

The one that really pisses me off tho: Apparently there is some sort of race condition in the new version. Every 20 or so seconds, the GFX updates on the browser's screen will freeze for about a second. (And this without the CPU meter going above 10%). This isnt a CPU usage issue, it must be something more basal to the coding. Too bad you cant easily bring Firefox to an earlier version....

Mozilla Firefox = the new IE???
--- Yes I AM doing this on purpose, and yes I DO realize it is pissing you off.

---If my computers were cats, my place would look like an old widows house, with half of the cats having obvious health problems

I didn't know Firefox was in Mame yet.  ::)
If I had only one wish, it would be for three more wishes.
