thanks :)

its my first time doing any kinda wood working so iam pleased with the way its coming out so far.

i know the black/blue theme is way over done, but i dont really care because it works.

Its a pitty that the washer-discs pass the line around the controls. There was enough room to move the sticks slightly to the right. Maybe you can trim the washers a bit or replace them with smaller ones.

yep, i never accounted for the washers when making the artwork.

i figure eventually i can make some smaller washers outa plexi or somthing


or does anyone know if they sell smaller washers or have any ideas for me

I used ROMs image for my CP on my 1st cab too, you have to love that graphic!

As has been said the only thing retracting from it is the halo placement. You could either make the ring halo longer or get some smaller dust covers.

I make dust covers to any size if you are interested. (Plain or grooved), its a bad pic but you get the idea)

I can make stainless (or mild) steel or brass dust washers. I have been looking at buying some black Nylon but its sooo expensive for me. I can http://www.blackfast.com/ the dustwashers though.

Edit: I suppose I could make aluminium washers too and then you could get them anodised. (and yes it is spelt anodised and not anodized  ;)) You would have to find that service for yourself though. Im sure if you found a 'local' company that anodises then they would put the washers in for you for a couple of dollars.
