What type of USB cable does it take?  I'm guessing it's an A-B cable, but I've seen things that require an A-A cable, which is dumb.
A/B cable, look at the pix in the auction  looks like i need to crack open the piggie bank a lil more
For what it's worth, I got a quote on monoprice.com for both cables @ $5.70 shipped.
So if you did a bulk buy on monoprice for everyone, the price/person should drop pretty good. Is that an option? Also, do these monitors require a power supply, or just a standard pc power cable?
Standard power cable.  I would be hard pressed to imagine that we don't all have one or two of these around somewhere.
There would be no real benefit for a group buy b/c buying 13 makes the average cost $3.50.  $2 and change (plus paypal fees) definitely doesn't really change the game much if you're looking to buy the cables anyway.
I fully admit I should have looked into the cable thing first, but I had just assumed that since they were kiosk pulls that they wouldn't be included in either auction.  I had approached the original guy and asked him to put up another auction for $550+$100 shipping.  He put up one for $625+$100 shipping (both for 10).  (which would have been an extra $7.50 each)
So basically, I thought I was getting us all the same deal.  In reality, it's $5 on the not as good side.  I think the highest I told anyone the shipping would be was $18.  For that person, the original monitor could have been purchased for $80+$18 shipping = $98.  For this person, the one from me will be $18+70+$6 (rounding up) = $94.  Not as good as originally thought, but still a shade better.
At this point, I've already made the purchase and all I can offer is an apology.  To those who are closer, your shipping was less and it's still a little better yet.  I think I have been upfront enough to show that this wasn't intentional.
If anyone is in need of a power cable, let me know.  I have a few extras laying around and an toss on in your package when I send it.  I don't know if I have this many though so it would be first come, first serve.
