I just bought a 750GB SATA drive from newegg.com for $110 (w/free 3 day shipping):

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F1 HD753LJ 750GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM

There is a coupon code to get the $10 off (instant, NOT mail in rebate):  EMCAFBDAC

The Fry's ad in the newspaper today (Phoenix) had 750 SATA drives for $109 and PAT's for $99.  I picked up a SATA.
