MaLa Crashes only certain Circo video previews, some emu sets load fast / slow

Ok this has bugged me for a long time.. currently my N64,SNES,Game Boy Vids all come up perfectly and no lag as i scroll through the respective game list nor have they caused MaLa to crash,

  Now the odd part / problem; where as If i load crico's emu previews in MaLa on "Arcade" certain vidz cause MaLa to crash.. thus i took out all the vidz and replaced them all with screen shots, then only the Mahjong games would usually make it crash on just those screen shots?? weird so i took out all the mahjong games from my list no crashes, but Id like to impliment the video previews instead of screen shots// And for whatever reason in Sega gen / sega master system, and PC Engine/turbo they all seem to come up reallly slow? It's frustrating because some sets work, some sets cause lag, and some sets crash mala any one else have / had these problems with a solution?

It's probably your xvid codec. I think Circo's site has a links page with a link to a "known good" codec. It's the one I use, but I don't remember the name off hand.

I didnt try it but, its weird only because the entire SNES,N64,GB Set work flawlessly .. i'll let you know my results later tonight
