super Happ stick won't stay

well this black thing on my super happ joystick keeps slipping off at the bottom how can I make it stay?

Are you reffering to the 4/8way little plastic knub? With your stick you should have recieved a little metal piece that slides onto the shaft of the stick. Check your wrappings to be sure it wasnt over looked

If it is missing then ACE/True Value hardware store stocks them (as do most other hardware stores). Don't go asking for joystick parts though, it is just an off the shelf retaining clip thing.

Oddly enough I have also replaced missing screw-off joystick knobs at the hardware store too, right in the same part of the store.
