u360s not working in mala/mame...

a bit of help needed...

i have two u360 joysticks wired up properly as joystick 1 & 2...ultramap is happy...

i kick up mala and configure mala so that the joystick controller is enabled...i can test out joystick one in the mala config...but i can not use it to scroll through the gamelist or play any games...

i have searched for help regarding this problem but so far none of the threads i have found have helped me out...

i have a magstik plus that works fine as the player one joystick...could this be causing a conflict...?

In the previous screenshot, make sure your joysticks are enabled in the "joystick" tab.

joysticks are enabled in the controller configuration...

i have been able to get them to move up and down in the game list by setting j1up/j1dn/etc on the joystick>basic tab...
but so far that is the only working output i have attained from them...

You did enable joysticks in MAME, didn't you?
