North Texas arcade vendors?
« on: May 07, 2003, 11:56:21 am »
I'm looking for some arcade vendors in North Texas.  I'm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and I'm not sure where to look.  ???   Do any of you guys know of any?

I have a machine for sale and so does my brother. He has them both in his garage and lives in the Plano area. Are you looking for something in particular?

What exactly are you looking for?

If you want you can send me your phone number through the messaging system and I can give you a call. I don't live up there so I'm not familiar with vendors up there. But both of these cabinets are awesome.

(In fact, they're better than my MAME machine. I just can't afford to build another MAME machine right now, and I need the money.)

I'm not looking for a full cabinet yet.  I'm building a MAME/Supergun kind of things.  I was just looking for a local vendor for small parts, buttons, microswitcher, joysticks, that kind of stuff.  I'd hate to order $5 worth of stuff and pay $6 for shipping.

Local vendors charge 3 times as much for that sort of stuff. Well, at least MY local vendor does.

My local vendor is Bob Roberts ;D
Sorry, didn't mean to gloat... ;)
There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers what the universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.

I'll just drive over there.  I couldn't take more than 6 or 7 hours.  ;)
