Mala still active after emulator launch (Winuae)

i Have Winuae set up with hardisks and games (amiga desktop) so i want Mala only to start Winuae so that Winuae starts itself loading up the Amiga Desktop and then im using the amiga desktop to load games and other stuff. And i manage to start Winuae this way using a Bat file pointing to a Winuae Config file *.uae
In the rom path and have nothing as executable.

But Mala is still active in the backround even tough Winuae is runnig its desktop so when i press the joystick button again it loads up another instance of Winuae . and also if i push joystick left and right somehow the other Emulatos i have is visible for a second and then the emulated Amiga desktop appears again. Very strange.   I have set Winuae to run full screen and also Always on top option but somehow Mala doesnt know that Winuae is running. Other emulators i have setup with mala works normaly.
