The news about Mameroom is great. Scott is very reachable and answers all questions. Great product design, too. Anyway, great for those needing a CP. But, unsure how it affects those of us waiting on accessories - are those part of the deal too?
Anyway, here is an update on my quest to get a SS tornado spinner through Ebay. After multiple unanwered emails, I tracked down the phone number of one of Christian's associates, who owns the SlikStik Ebay account. He gave me Christian's cell number, but it was treated just like the SS main number -- straight to vm. I tried texting too, but no response.
In the meantime, I disputed the auction payment on Ebay. I bought on 10/26, but never heard a thing from SS, even though I paid on the same day. Someone (maybe Christian?) responded to the dispute today, as I requested shipment by today, or threatened to chargeback. Below is the exchange, and where I've left it:

I have tried emailing and calling to get any information about the shipment of the arcade spinner. The emails go unanswered, and the phone is never picked up. Your website quotes shipment within 3-5 business days, and the auction ended over a month ago. I paid promptly, and then never heard from you. I really would like the spinner, but at this point, you have given me no indication that it is coming, and I need it for a holiday gift for my kids. Either ship it Monday, and upgrade the shipping so I receive it by Wednesday, or I will be forced to reverse the transaction.

It seems by your message here that you did read the policy page, since that is the only location on our website where this information is posted, with that being said, it also seems that you are neglecting to read the additional terms that are listed there.

Subject to change without notice. This means if a part is out of stock we withhold the right to change the delivery time/s with out notice, and this is where your order stands. The parts are already on their way and are due in any day. As soon as they arrive, your order will ship, with the exact shipping method provided.

I guess I should start by thanking you for an update on my purchase. It is a shame that it took a dispute and threats to get to even this point. If you had simply replied to my earlier emails, calls, texts, etc., I would have never had to file the dispute. All I really want is the spinner, which is supposed to be an excellent product. Unfortunately, your complete lack of customer service has severely limited my faith in your ability to fulfill the order.
It seems by YOUR message that you believe that the caveat language on your website allows you to change delivery times in all circumstances, not withstanding the standard stated shipping times. While I do not dispute that you have the ability to set or change your own shipping times without notice, what you don't have is an unlimited right to do so while retaining my payment, when you provided no notice that the spinner was out of stock or limited stock when the order was placed. That, unfortunately, violates the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act, which I assume YOU neglected to read. Because I initiated the purchase from my home computer in Georgia, the Act applies to the transaction, regardless of the fact that you are located in New Jersey.
As I said above, however, I am primarily interested in receiving the spinner (not seeking civil penalties or having the sheriff serve you for fun). However, the cabinet I'm building is a Hanukkah gift for my kids, and the holiday is just a couple of weeks away. So, I will take your "any day" arrival time to mean that the spinner will ship THIS WEEK. If you do not send me an email confirmation by 11/23 with a UPS tracking number, I will process the chargeback through American Express.
