So it only takes 6 minutes or so to beat the game?  :dizzy:

He just sped up the video of him playing and overlayed it onto a game with a normal clock running. What he did is impossible in real time. He is still apparently a really good player though.

Nah, his hand speed varies and matches up exactly with the game play video.  I'd say it has a good chance of being a legit clip.

Of course it does. It is a real clip of his hands and the game, but they are both overlayed. Watch how fast his hands move at certain points. It is obvious it is in fast forward mode. Anyways, even if he was that fast at thinking (which only a computer could do), the controls of the game are not sensitive enough to do what he is doing in that time span.

I never seen anyone THAT good, but there are some pretty amazing clips out there for tetris and games like it so I believe it.

This is definitely real.  I could swear I saw this same video a couple years back.  It is possible, just the people that do it are freaks.  Just like the perfect game pacman, 13 minute mario 3, donkey kong escapades, etc.  All possible, just by freaks of nature.

There has to be a better use of that freak's hand eye coordination than playing Tetris.  :laugh2:

I'm sorry, but I find it insulting that just because someone is good at a game it is automatically assumed that the person has no life outside of the game. I'm pretty good at certain games and I am by no means some kind of shut in or a nerd. So just because you assumed something, I'm going to assume something right back. I think your comment is based on jealousy of this Tetris player's skills.

I'm not sorry. You need to be less sensitive. You would be less sensitive if you DID get outside more and actually socialized. Sometimes, people say things that you may not agree with. Out in the real world, we call this "life".

Okay I get it. You think I don't get out and much and that makes me sensitive even though I clearly mentioned that I'm not a shut in. So basically you're calling my previous statement a lie.

All right then...

Whatever. I'm saying you should perhaps be a little a little less insulted when someone is clearly making a joke.

The guy is pretty much saying that the player in the video is SO good he can't have much of a life. It's complimentary, flattering, and funny. You managed to find it insulting. Good job.
