I can repaint and clean you up a coin door if you want a good one. I believe I have a couple of Midway ones out in my shed (Like on Pac/Galaga/etc).

Theoretically speaking, about how much would a used Midway door be worth?

Several prices. Depending. Do you want mechs inside, or just the door?

And do you want it in the condition I have it, or do you want it cleaned up/repainted? I have at least one of these. Maybe two or three.

paigeoliver,

I've been watching ebay for a decent over-under door for awhile.  Do you have any of that style, and can you take some pictures?  I'm now starting to consider getting one that needs work and repainting it.  I want a 2 player over/under style with mechs.  I don't care too much about the storage bin.  You can reply to wadelanham at hotmail dot com if you want.  Otherwise I'll check back here periodically.

Here's a good looking coin door I found on ebay, its out of a Mortal Kombat 2 machine. Its the same one that I just got from a guy in Canadia. Its at $10.49 right now and he wants $20 for shipping with 1 day left on the auction.

Rhoelsch, thats the extact tupe of door I'm after, pity they don't come up on ebay over here (UK), really don't fancy paying Happs for a new one.

I don't have any over/unders. All I have are Midway ones. (The square ones from Ms. Galaxipac and friends).

BTW, as of this posting that coin door alluded to in this post is up to $30...still not a bad deal if anyone's interested.  I'm experiencing some cash flow challenges, so I'm out, but it looks to be in outstanding shape, and I'd be snapping it up if I had the dough...

It's explained on my site:)  I got two coin doors from ebay, combined the good parts, stripped and repainted.
