2 button games
« on: July 02, 2007, 10:52:59 pm »
Hey,

I was wondering if there was a way or if there was a list that showed which mame games were 2 player games? I have my unisystem nintendo CP and its a 2 button per player cp. It would just be nice to know so I can sort out what games I have. Thanks

Peter

Use the DELUXE SEARCH ..... found at the top of the screen.
http://www.mameworld.net/maws/

Select what options you're looking for, this should narrow it down some for ya.
Players, Buttons, etc.

The MAME32 versions have a filter option that lets filter games by control types, that includes amount of buttons...

That I did not know......I guess I'm behind the curve a bit.

But it looks like Mame32 plus has the ability to show what games use a given amount of buttons. thanks

I'm just saying that you need Mame32 plus rather than Mame32 in order to see the games broken down by #'s of buttons used.

Didn't realize that since I usually use The Plus versions. So why not just download those versions instead? It lets you filter games by a lot more than just control types.

In the future I'm just going to use Plus. Thanks for finding it

The one I have is the Kaillera version which basically lets you play the games online with a buddy. Pretty cool to play Street Fighter with a friend as long as both of you have a fast connection.
