Hi All

,
Quick question...
I am currently running my old pc (AMD-K6 - my first pc...lol

)., with WinCab, as a dedicated jukebox.
I am finding that, at times, my music will:
1) Jump a track (although I think this has to do with scratches on CD's during ripping);
2) Provide a not-so-nice 'static' sound when the page is turned (0.25- 0.5 sec.).
3) stutter between page turns.
I have added a sound card, but wonder if I need to upgrade the graphics...
I have dropped my display to the min. , but to no avail...
It doesn't happen all the time (maybe 1 in 6 page turns...?)
I have read in other posts about buffers...'Please Explain...' (ask an Aussie...lol

)
Do I need to upgrade the processor/system or look at upgrading the graphics?
I am no expert in these fields, so advice is welcome.
