I tried an alternate email address hoping that they'd send a working reg code, but they sent the very same code. I'd contact them about it, but I'm sure I'd get the runaround, if they replied at all. I mean, if their automated system's that slow, I don't even want to think about their personnel.
Update:Shortly after the intial post, a working pass showed up in the first email account that I'd already received a code with. It worked, registering all but the MPEG-2 codec, which was left in Trial. No biggie, as I've got other software for MPEG-2.
