what if its the exact same game, right down to the two bit graphics but instead of killing pedestrians with a car you're killing oh I dunno, lets go with  George Bush's excuse for everything, terrorists.  Would it still be a morally bad game?

But like eBay says, when you bid it's a CONTRACT..  That includes the SELLER too!  :)

Yes. The judge convicted the seller of being a "bad ebayer" and then sentenced him to 1 negative feedback.
