Alright, received an email about my order saying no problem!  So now those 40 pin headers are also orderred.  So now by the time I get my circuit boards, I can make fifteen right off the bat!

Not sure it's a good idea to post your address and E-mail in the forum, but what do I know???

Good news, I think!  Just found another guy to buy some of the PCB terminal strips from!  They're green and ugly, but then again who's gonna see em :)  Im just checking what the shipping would be and seeing how many he has.  I can get at least 100 of them if the price is right for shipping :)

Just got shipped this morning... the boards that is.  They should be at my house in like a week, so Im looking forward to that! ;D

Didnt buy those terminals, might order the black ones again but pay the difference :(  Never thought I'd say that.  I just didnt like the idea that its about 20 bucks more than I paid last time :(

I can honestly bet that noone cares about the color of the things if that's what's bothering you.

Not the color bothering me, just the price is more than I expected.  Like 2x more :P

If the one guy had 200 of the greens Id buy 'em in a new york minute, but unfortunately it just doesnt work that way, so for me to buy the black ones I have to sell off the first few :P

Okay so those terminals seem to be alright.  Once I sell off the first 15 boards Ill buy them.

Boards and components got shipped Friday, should be at my house Monday actually, but they just got caught for duties and taxes  :'(  :'(

That means:   YAY theyre gonna cost me more!  Same price to you guys though unless they charge me like 50%  :o

Customs was 13.27 CAD, no problem!

Now the problem:  The holes for the terminal strips are bigger than documented :|  It says they're the same as a pin header.... theyre not.  Theyre like twice the size!  So I grab an empty board, go to put in the header... YES.  Now I grab the terminal strips, go to slide em in... NOOOO

Looks like colin's got some drilling to do :(  This is gonna be mighty funny!

So the pins are too big for the holes?  Man, thats a lot of drilling by hand.   :-\  I feel for you.  I etched a pcb over the weekend and was tired of it after 10 holes.  (broke the bit on the first hole  :D  good thing those small bits still drill fine even after they break in two)

Yeah, but thats almost different.  These have *really* small square pads that youre supposed to solder onto.  I have to drill UP TO those pads, but can't break them!!!

Then I have to put the pins through and make sure the pad is still connected :|

Oh well :)  Im still on the first board, gonig REALLY slow....

Bought some etchant recently so I *can* make new boards myself if I f*ck these up...

Oh, I'm quite sure your task is more difficult.  When I do a test board I make the pads nice and chunky so I can screw up and sill have something to solder to.  You should track down whoever drew up the schematic for the terminal blocks and kick em in the nuts.
