Refresh + A great big hello
« on: February 09, 2003, 01:00:27 am »
:o  What a great place! Anyway hello, im building a mame blabla, just preparing u for the onslaught of questions seeing as ive registered.

May aswell start as i mean to go on. Im running xp and a ti4400 with a tv out to 29" trinitron that im going to be sticking in my cabinet, i have checked to see if it works and it sure does, apart from MAME, iim thinking its the refresh rate. Also what program do u use to output the picture to tv, im using tvtool atm (demo) so it cuts out every 15 minutes which is useless, is there a better way to do thjis?

Any help for this hardware n00b/rom genius ;) would be gratefully received

You can just simply go into your display properties and enable TV output. No need for TV tool.

Your geforce4 should be able to just send the tv signal out your svideo/comp port on your card independantly of software.  My geforce2 does that.
