To quote Stingray...

I lost three fingers above the knuckle on my left hand.  Makes six button games hard.  I don't have the finger reach to get the top row.  Took me about a year to learn to type again.

I was going to say that - but you have two buttons as well as the joystick: one for fast draw, one for slow. So, instead I made a smark alec comment!

You can play Golden Tee with one hand.  Use the good hand to select "turn right" or "turn left" and then use the same hand to roll the trackball.

Same thing with Shuuz.  Somebody already mentioned ShuffleShot, and don't forget World Class Bowling.

All of these are great trackball games (and you have a pretty red trackball).

If you find yourself bored with the no-button games, just use your face to smash the buttons when needed. I'd like to see you play defender. I just wrote this so that I could picture it in my head. It's even better than I thought.
I've got a fever...

if the player has only one hand, he can use his foot once you install the button(s) below.
You can call his CAb "StompCade" or "1-HandCade"

You can still use 1 button or 2 if you like, just use the josticks w/Trigger buttons.
