I'm not sure such negotiations (cutting down the tallest tree with a herring in liu of a shrubbery) are allowed in this forum. Under Patsy v. King Arthur it was found that in matters pertaining to the Knights who say "Ni" and "ichy ichy patang ni wong" you can not trademark to prevent future trademark in much the same way that European Swallows can do not have the proper weight to speed ratio to carry a coconut and African Swallows are non-migratory.

Went home, played football with my sons. Ate chicken breasts stuffed with broccoli and cheese. Gave sons baths, put them to bed, worked a bit on my new project, watched the Sox game, went to bed with a beautiful woman.

Also - could he add some quotes from DaveyR from here on there so it's more obvious why it's being done. (Just be careful about libelous statements).

Remember "DaveyR is an SOB" is bad. "I think DaveyR is an SOB" is okay. (There was a joke about a judge related to that. . .

I just went back and added some of my favorite Foleyisms. I also cut out the garbage text. I'm looking for a good summery of the whole MAME trademark incident that I can just cut and paste. Can anybody direct me to one?
