Strange Audigy 2 Problem....

I'm running a cab with MAMEwah 1.61, Win XP sv pk 2...

I have an SB Audigy 2 sound card hooked up to Creative 2.1 speakers...

The problem seems to be the left speaker cuts out intermittently when running MAME...
Everything is plugged in correctly, I am just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem??
