27" monitor bezel from Happs
« on: September 21, 2005, 04:33:19 pm »
I was on their site and I saw this product.  Is it any good...seems like a good enough price.

Also, does anyone know the full dimensions of the 27" bezel?  I tried emailing them but got no response.  Is the bezel easily trimmed to fit your cab (in case it's too wide).

...just basically looking for opinions...

Actually the bezel is small/narrow, my cab is 29" wide on the interior and the bezel was too narrow and didn't make it from side to side. I had to go to a frame store and buy the cardboard framing you see in pictures and cut out the center and glued the bezel to the back. looks OK but I was surprised that the bezel wasn't wider to allow you to trim it down...

Was afraid of that.  I wonder where I can get a bezel that is wide enough...I've got probably 32-34" width in my cab.

Unfortunatley the answer to that question is no where.

Man, that is one wide cab.  How are you going to get it through doors?

I want my own arcade controls!
