See, now half the posts in EE are going to be in tiny print.

So you're a small-type bigot....can't we all just get along? ;D

It's not our fault your type isn't motivated enough to increase in point size.

Time to jump on the tiny code bandwagon.... Now if only we could find an Anti-Tommy code

What do you suppose he is posting for, finger excercise?  It's bad enough that don't refuse to read those posts.  pretty computer savy and know how to zoom in and out in the browser.  Most people who don't read that stuff probably miss it because they are unable to read it rather than that they are unwilling to put in extra effort.

Anyway....I'm fine with not reading it.  I just thought I'd mention it, in case he hadn't really thought it through.

We have antitommy code.  It is called English.

I don't usually read it either, but now I will because it's funny.  When I do I cut and paste it into another window.

Quick Tip: If the post is short enough, and contains "small text"...then just hit 'quote' within the post itself and read as regular size quoted text within the textbox, then cancel the post. It's much faster than zooming.

Not that I ever read the tiny little things Drew writes anyhow...but, hey...I'm always one to help find new "solutions!"

Please see the shaker-flashlight post.  Chad's on the right track there.

I think this is your way of telling me you love me and want to have my children.  The point is moo.  MrC is first in line to host my seed, and it will be inserted in his ear and feast on his brain for sustenance until ready to be spawned.  You may take a number and wait at the end of the line.

Quote
Anyway....I'm fine with not reading it.  I just thought I'd mention it, in case he hadn't really thought it through.

Blatant Moore-ism.  You know darn good and well I don't need to think things through, and can find numerous sources here to back up that statement.

Time to jump on the tiny code bandwagon.... Now if only we could find an Anti-Tommy code

I think pointing out the stupidity of his points usually gets a response from him, as does telling him pit bulls need to be banned.  I like to see Tommy speak at length.  It makes for a few good laughs usually.

Carry on.

Wait....how do we get people already on the "quoting what people have said about something" bandwagon to combine bandwagons and make the quotes in that infernally small type?  ShapeD started that trend long ago, and I don't think ANYONE other than myself knows what it says, and I'd bet Shape forgot long ago too!

Forgotten small-type quote sigs.  The new bandwagon.

Had to add length to some of the small type to make it more difficult for MrC.

The quote thing is how I've always read the tiny posts, but I refuse to take part in such shenanigans.

I always wanted to use shenanigans in a sentence. I hope I spelled it right.

My mother in law once threw shenanigans and hooligan at me in the same sentence.  I almost spit out my beer.

No, I proceeded to snicker at her Dublin accent and she got angrier and grabbed her drink.

It wasn't her that shot me, though I bet many times she's wished it was.

Hold down the ctrl key and the scrollwheel zooms in and out.  In IE there's not much zoom in, but you can zoom out a long way -- god knows what good that does.  Firefox will let you zoom to the point that three or four words fills the entire screen.  It's kinda creepy, actually, seeing your words grow and come toward you menacingly.

Even knowing this, I'm not willing to put in the extra effort to read a post where special effort went into making it harder to read.

Doesn't work for me in Firefox. The regular type gets larger, but the small type stays the same.

It works.  Keep zooming in.  For some reason it just takes a long time for the small type to get noticeably bigger compared to the regular type.

I'm so used to having to deal with MrC's convolutions, I momentarily lost my head and felt the need to point it out.  It might happen again, I can't tell.  I'll try my second-best to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Cool, tommy is aganst Mr C too.  There's hope for him yet!

Oh, and tommy, if you're reading this, pit bulls should be banned in Florida and any state you move to in order to escape the ban.
