I just got my Stun Runner yoke today and unfortunately, it was damaged in shipping. Part of the large plastic gear on the back broke off. With that in mind I have four questions as I begin my repairs on it:
1) First, does anyone know of a way to replace/repair this gear. I'm guessing I might be able to find a similar gear down at Home Depot, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know where these can be found. I looked at Bob Roberts' site and didn't see anything there.
2) There is a substantial amount of rust on the yoke. What is the best way to take care of this (or is there one)?
3) What are people's experiences with the microswitches in these things. I'm used to the click-click kind and since these don't do that I'm not sure if they are fully functional or not. Is it easier to clean them up or just replace them?
4) Does anyone have dimensions for the enclosure that these yokes are mounted on. I'm going to need to build my own out of my leftover wood from my cabinet, so if anyone has had a succesful time in doing this, let me know.
Thanks for all the help.
