I just got back from Wendy's. Their largest drink comes in a container that is 8.5 inches tall, yet their straws are only 8 inches long. Is there a lawsuit in this for me?

just cut off an inch from the bottom of the cup. That should solve your problem.



oh and if it spills on your lap and gives you frostbite, then you have a lawsuit.........
