Most of us seem to have junk computers around, but I bet if you went to any shop that builds PCs, you could get one, probably for free. After that, it's just a matter of splicing it to a standard microswitch pushbutton. Plug your PC into a Smart Strip or Port Authority Mini Power Minder, and voila! 1-button powerup solved.
