Uo Poko is very,very,very addicting.

So I've been doing a lot of unfinished cabinet gaming and was looking for something different to try so I remembered Paige's recommendation of uo poko.That game is one of the funnest Tetris type puzzle games that I've played in ages.It starts out pretty easy the first few levels and gives you hints of where your bubble will drop.Later on the game pulls the rug out from under you removing the mark where your bubble will drop.My first game must have lasted 15-20 minutes and featured three last ditch saves at the end where you think your completely gone you throw the bubble in just the right spot.The game has great sound and neat visuals that look amazing on an arcade monitor and those damn bubbles they keep coming.Thanks a lot Paige I'm now an admitted uo poko addict and I don't think your avatar is weird anymore.

Its definativly a fave on my cab.

I particularly like the two player mode.  You dont find many co-op puzzle drop games.

Since this post I have also checked out Uo Poko. Yeah, the game is fun and it is addictive, but it bothers me on many levels.

What have we got? A cat (that should be used as bulk filling in a low quality sweet and sour pork), is on the bottom of the ocean pulling his chain which operates a puzzle game.

When the player fails, the cat drowns. Is the puzzle actually some type of oxygen tank that is feeding him air, and if so, where is the oxygen pipe and/or apparatus?

By the luminosity of the water the surface does not appear very far away, why doesn

I guess this is what you get when you take the game outside of Japan.  The Hello Kitty knock-offs just don't have the same appeal.

Maybe this is what they mean when they warn us in UOPOKO that we "can be prosecuted to the full extent of the jam".  It has something to do with cultural tastes.
