FS: Arkanoid Cabinet parts
« on: September 27, 2002, 10:27:42 am »
I just acquired an arkanoid cabinet, fully functional, but I don't need the components...

Arkanoid Jamma board
Arkanoid Spinner
Arkanoid Marquee
Vertical monitor

That's it!
If you're interested, let me know! I didnt post prices as I don't really know market value for these... So make me an offer and we'll see :)

I'm on the south shore of Montreal, Qc Canada. As for rip-offs, you have to put some cautious faith in people... I actually run a sell/trade site for anime and have dealt with a lot of people without any problems...

When you say JAMMA board do you mean the actual PCB?  Would you really break that set up?

Actually the PCB is not JAMMA, it's the original PCB with a 44 pin edge connector and it will be sold with the wire harness! Most of the parts are at my home until his project is done. The power connector had not been used in this conversion and all power requirements had been rerouted to the unused pins on the edge connector (single connection instead of 2).

Well, if anyone would be interested in the whole lot, I beleive Marc would rather sell the whole thing together of course, but no one has showed any interest in a package deal!

Since this arkanoid was a conversion of some sorts the bezel per say was a piece of black cardboard with 2 red lines on it and has been discarded. It was around a GO7-CB0 19" vertically mounted monitor and had a tinted plexiglass in front of it all. If you wan't me to measure the plexiglass let me know, but as I stated, it was a conversion and most of the stuff in there had been modified to make everything fit!
