Nothing that a quick scandisk didn't fix.  Everything is working great.  Although, I think the legacy option is backwards from what was previously stated.  In the arcadeos.cfg file the legacygen=1 which I would think means it's on.  In the ArcadeOS menus the Legacy List Generation is listed as no.

Looks like there have been sevaral reports of the list generation option being bacwards.
I'll take a look at it and see what's up.

One other thing.  I don't know if I missed a switch some where or maybe because I don't have any VGA drivers installed, but when I run ArcadeOS the list only dislplays in the top 3rd of the screen.  Maybe it's because the LCD screen on the laptop doesn't udnerstand something.  Don't know, just thought I would throw this out there.  Not like it hurts anything, but might make my backgrounds look funny if I choose to use them.

And I think we'll have to have AOS 2.53 shortly, not only to fix that (if indeed it is wrong) but now we need the skip_validity_check as an option as well.

Why not do it in the mame ini?

Of course you can do it in the mame.ini, but some people may want to be able to change it in-cab.
