Coloured coin slots?
« on: September 28, 2004, 12:51:41 pm »
I saw a great 4 player cab recently which had 4 different coloured coin slots (red, green, blue and yellow) to match the coloured buttons for that player. It was a really neat touch.  But where do you get these from?

For the life of me, I cannot find the thread or page that had that cab in it. Somebody else asked about those coloured slots there.  Does this ring a bell with anyone?

Actually, I think I know what door you're talking about, and from what I remember, it was the standard inserts and plastic covering, but inside the lights were exchanged for super bright LEDs.  Can be found at http://www.superbrightleds.com/1157.htm.  I believe the 4-led wedge base was what was used.  Fits into the stock bulb socket.

PS. I plan on doing the exact same thing. :)
