T-Stick Long or Regular Shaft
« on: September 04, 2004, 02:05:04 pm »
Hi guys,

I plan on buying a T-Stick Plus joystick for my arcade but I want the balltop for it so I will be purchasing that separately from www.ultimarc.com. I was wondering, if I'm following the Project Arcade book and my control panel will be 3/4" thick, should i purchase the Regular or the Long Balltop Shaft for it?

Thanks.

Definitely the LONG ball-top.
The short ball-top will not fit the wood CP very well unless you top mount it.

As a side note to others here, the stock bat handle is about 1/2" taller than the long balltop (give or take), but the bottom of the grip part ends up about 1/4" lower than the bottom of the ball on the long balltop.
