Looking: Over & Under Coin Door
« on: March 15, 2004, 12:52:55 pm »
I'm looking for an over and under coin door.  Non working is fine, as I plan on just using it for a cosmetic look and nothing else.

Man, are you sure?  There's nothing cooler than the sound of a quarter hitting the mech and dropping down into the coin bucket.

Yeah I know, but this is a family cabinet, so it's merely cosmetic.

I could always record a .wav file and set it as a sound event.   ;D

I've got a family cabinet too, but it still has a functional coin door.  Make a great (very large) bank.

Basically yes.  Here is a shot of the cabinet before I started working on it.  The person I bought it from took the coin mechanism but left the rest so it looks funny with just the lower door.

That's exactly what I'm looking for.  I can just clean it up a bit and throw a coat of paint on it, and it'll meet my needs.

PM me your info.

If you're not making more than $5.00 in ten years (which I'm sure is an exageration) then you're not playing your cabinet very much, are you?  Charge to play.  Not for company of course (open the coin door and trip some credits) but for family it's .25 a play.
