  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Hello everyone.
I must admit i have been away from this site for many years as i had moved over to original equipment.  I have been presented with an original, but empty Cliff Hanger arcade cabinet.  I was wondering if anyone knew the easiest way to set up a pc to load directly to daphne and then work with arcade controls? I dont really want any menu interface or multiple games, just this one game.  BITD i had worked with an Ipac encoder to a pc.  I believe i had used a front end called GameEX.  It has been over a decade so i dont know if anything has changed.  I am ok with running an lcd monitor on this one.  Any advice appreciated.

I would consider the dolphin emulator and the Don Bluth Trilogy if you mostly care about Dragons Lair, Space Ace, Dragons Lair II.. Super easy to setup, couple different modes, best graphics.. Obviously if you are looking for other Laser Disc Games, bad advice.
