Very strange monitor problem.

Okay this is gettin really annoying. As soon as I turn on my cabinet and use either dreamcast xbox or pc(all running vga) my screen goes to like half.Something like the pic I attached(just a mockup).

Any idea anyone ?
I am using inpu # 3 for pc and dreamcast(and a switch box) and input #4 for xbox using BNC to vga cable cuz input 4 only has BNC connection.No 15pin vga connection.

Now this problem just came out of nowhere I have no idea what I should do

This had happened to me once. But this is just a regular PC running XP and what I did was just change the monitor settings to 800x600 and then I change it back to 1024x768.

You have to be a  bit more specific about what your "monitor" is.. is it a TV, arcade monitor, or a PC monitor??

When you say "inputs" is it inputs on a switcher? Is it a compsite switcher, s-video switcher, a switcher build into a tv? how do you have all your components hooked up?

Okay here is the monitor.I can play for like 10 min or so then it happen. I know the monitor is rare and no idea what exactly causing this  

Running xbox from input #4 with BNC to vga cable.
And using input#3 for pc and dc with a switch box.

And my s-video inputs are working fine though.The once on the right side.Have ps2 and gamecube,screen is fine.

Try seeing if there is a vertical hold and vertical phase control on the monitor itself, and try adjusting it.  Also, see if there is a "service mode code" for that Monitor (and see if there is an option in there.

Have you tried hooking it up to another monitor and seeing if the same occurs??

It might be a problem with the monitor (especially the device that switches the inputs) if that's the case, try to use an external switcher to see if it fixes the problem.

Radio Shack has a great AV switcher that is remote controlled (hack the remote to be one of the buttons on the CP!) and it also converts between RCA and SVideo internally!
