2020 NFL Last Man Standing info below

I have ran this for close to a decade now and Chad ran it the first few years.  I was going to post it later in August, but I'm bored at work today and may not have time next week to do it.

Rules are simple.  Choose one game each week.  Pick the winner.  If you are wrong you are eliminated from the game.  Last man standing wins.  I will keep track of everyone's picks each week and display them by editing this post.

When making a pick, highlight it in the post, so that they're easier to pick out.  I don't want to miss anyone's pick.  If you don't know how to highlight it, copy somebody else's pick and change the color name if you want.

A pick must be made every week.  Failure to make a pick results in elimination.   Picks should be posted in this thread so that people have the ability to double check my work.

You cannot pick a game with the same team two weeks in a row.  If you pick the Rams over the Titans in week 2, you cannot use either the Rams game or the Titans game in week 3.  Having everyone help with this will eliminate the possibility of a mistake on my end on this item.  You can pick a team multiple times over the season.

Entrant pool closes an hour preceding the game you want to pick.  That means that if you want to pick a Thursday game  you must do so at least an hour before the game starts.  Forum timestamps will be binding.

Good luck to all.  As always my goal is to make it out of Week 1 this year.  And the winner does receive forum rep points.

The players are too big and heavily armored now. It is just a contest to see who can get to the end of the season with the least amount of injuries. Coaches don't want to put their stars on the field for that reason.

Dak is an 8-8 quarterback.  Zeke is barely better than running back #2 and #3, costs too much, and falls down the second someone touches him.  Maybe I grew up watching too much Earl Campbell and Emmit Smith.

I’ve actually gotten to where I borderline hate this team.

Texas A&M has a campus full of shitheads that think they aren’t spreading anything, I lived in dumps while the football players played in a palace, after I saw the latest iteration of that stadium I swore I’d never give that school a dime, and I’m a 4th generation legacy.  SEC refuses to throw in the towel and I’m over it.

Imagine living down the street from Earl Campbell’s old house and seriously considering buying it when it hit the market 3 years ago.  That swimming pool kicked ass.

Imagine seeing NRG and the Astrodome from your office window every day.

I watched him do a Bible Man show once.  It was surprisingly disorganized.  Lots of attendees, so I didn’t get any autographs.  I recall it was just some robot voice saying JOHN THREE SIXTEEN over and over again while he pressed buttons on a control panel.  He also had the indignity of living down the street from another collector in BFE, Kansas.  Then he lost that house and here I am talking about it 20 years later.
