Hinges for Midway cocktail?
« on: June 23, 2020, 03:07:16 pm »
I have a Pacman cocktail I built from scratch, but the hinges I used are junk. I need to replace them with something that can actually be used. Does anyone know where to get something good for them? The original Pacman cocktails used a piano hinge, which seems awful because you're screwing into plywood parallel to the plys which can't be strong. I believe the Ms. Pacman cabs changed it to use some kind of offset hinges that used bolts going through the panels instead, but I cannot find them anywhere.

I am in the process of getting ready to build a cocktail cab myself and have been looking for the same thing. Anyway, this is the closest thing I have found after looking at tons of hinges. Maybe this will work.
