I have some questions about repairing My jukebox. Can anyone help with this model?

I don't know to much about jukeboxes. But we have this model and it will place the recoding down and then pick it right back up without playing. All the fuses have been checked and we thought it might be the relay box so we replaced that. Same problem still. Any suggestions?
