I'll preface this by saying I did not play many fighting games on arcade cabinets. When I use these U360s for fighting games in particular, it feels like I have to be perfectly accurate with which direction I want to move them in order for the input to register. For example, if I want to sprint right, I try double tapping the right direction but I end up jumping because one of my right-taps was just slightly above dead center to the right. Is this normal for sticks? Or is there some way to alleviate this? Another culprit is Metal Slug. Trying to aim the exact direction I want can be challenging because it feels like I need to press the stick in the exact degree it needs to be, or it just won't register the input.
