T-Molding Install or Covering Art Edges

I'm looking at the T-Molding sites, and I realize that the cutter is a 1/4" shank and the Dremel/Router I have won't accept anything bigger than a 1/8" shank.  How else can I cut the slots for the T-Molding along the face of the MDF? 

Contrary to that, what else can one do to conceal the edges of printed art? I want to get adhesive vinyl printed with my art but I know I want to protect the edge.

Realistically, you need to use/buy/rent/borrow a router.

You need to get at least a cheap trim router. If you have a Harbor Freight near you they're around $20.  Then get a t-molding slot bit and arbor.  If you don't want to use t-molding you could always try self stick edge banding.

Just break down and get the router and bit set.  I tried to go the cheap route a few times and always end up redoing it correctly...as suggested previously.  It may cost a few dollars more now...but will only need done once.

My experience with the trim router from harbor freight is that the depth adjustment won't stay put, so my t-molding slot would veer off course.
Others here say they've had no such issue.  I ended up using it as a dedicated circle cutter.  The depth still doesn't stay put, but it's less important.
