Looks like they have Atari licensing now and are going to be doing a kickstarter. Not sure what the kickstarter will be for, maybe mass production of the smaller coffee table shown in the pic below?

A lot of people have cool ideas, but fall down on the execution of those ideas. I think this came out better than they probably even imagined.

Yep, impressive on every level. They say on their website they didn't have any 'electronic, production design or manufacturing skills to lean back on' which I find hard to believe for such a technical project.

Yeah. The hyperbole is a little odd. They built circuits from scratch and used 3d modeling programs. They have some decent technical background. The build is impressive without those claims.
