Switches inside coin door?
« on: March 21, 2016, 12:28:14 pm »
I know that some arcade machines have switches inside the coin door for operators performing maintenance tasks, testing etc.

My coin Coin Controls coin door did not come equipped with any switches, but I would like to have an admin button there for changing dip switch settings etc, as well as a usb port so I can plug in a keyboard for maintenance purposes.

I'm having trouble visualizing how these switches would be mounted.
Are they actually attached to the coin door somehow, or is it just a bracket type thing that screws to the wood near the coin door?

Shipping something from the U.S. to Canada for repair/exchange?  Please use USPS to avoid (additional?/excessive?) shipping charges.  PM me if you have any questions.

That's probably the easiest option.
