hard to tell... best i can tell is the sync on the beginning of scan on flyback is slightly off for a few raster scans.
usually this is a horizontal/vertical retrace feedback issue, a dead cap issue, or a dirty/weak sync issue. 1 and 2 are usually related as often the feedback flows through a cap. #3 is as easy as wiggling a connector to see if it gets better.
like i mentioned, if the caps are original, they really should be changed... capacitor lifetime is measured to be about 3 to 5 thousand HOURS of runtime before they drift out of specification.
