2015 BYOAC UCA Voting Thread: Dedicated Upright of the Year

I think everyone did an amazing job!

I'm partial to Nintendo cabs and those two were amazing. (ChanceKJ and Yotsuya)

However, ChanceKJ's attention to detail (and crazy custom harnesses) could not be overlooked.  It was close.

That said, Yotsuya did an amazing job on his.  I enjoyed seeing the project thread unfold.

I voted Raiden, though Mortal Kombat X was close for me.  Different strokes, I guess.  All those Fix It Felix cabs fatigued my interest in Nintendo for awhile.

That Raiden Cab is simply amazing, and got my vote.  Donkey Kong Ultimate a close second.

Totally agree with you, brother. To me, that Raiden is a true example of what BYOAC stands for.

Definitely Raiden. 
The guy built his artwork entirely from scratch and transformed a well known cabinet normally used for conversions into something that looks dedicated. He's also a really humble dude that deserves all the recognition. The current BYOAC can take some queues from Well Fed.

Yeah, he is a good dude who has given to the community in the past. His Mr. + Mrs. Pac artwork helped me make my sister's cabinet special. This Raiden is just the icing on the cake. I loved seeing the original art on this one evolve.
