Shipping too heavy

Hi,

I just tried to order from Paradise and the website is telling me the order of 20 buttons and RGB inserts weighs too much.  It's advising me to take items OUT of my cart?  Huh??? Is this common or just a technical glitch?

They just moved from Hawaii to the mid-west.  Odds are their shipping module is borked currently.

Oh OK, thanks.  I guess I'll try calling again, but I'm not sure if the number works.
