I-PAC 2 with PACLED64 or I-PAC Ultimate I/O?

It seems cheaper and more efficient to just get the I-PAC Ultimate.  Any drawbacks?

I just wired up my 4 Player 6 button board with the Ultimate I/O. I would recommend it. Easy plug and play install. More LED input options for around the same price. Be sure to purchase the LED wiring in addition to the 2-plater harness and board.
