Author Topic: ***RESOLVED*** Ready to Go BEAST MODE  (Read 7197 times)

***RESOLVED*** Ready to Go BEAST MODE

Ok, so the main reason I built my arcade machine was to play freakin TMNT!! Today I had to connect the computer to the internet and looks like something updated and I get MASK ROM CHECK when I try to load up TMNT in MAME.

The other games I have play ok.....so I updated to the newest version of MAME and still I get the MASK ROM CHECK screen! I even tried downloading the TMNT ROM again and still same result. AHHH I'm so angry.

Can anyone help?

Check your dip switch settings maybe?  I googled your error and the actual PCB would do that with certain settings.  Looks like Dip 3 maybe?

I don't know what an inter web is but I take FULL responsibility for being an idiot and messing with the settings. I am the idiot and no one else is at fault here.
