Audio issue with Mala

hi

i've installed Mala and used the frontend audio options.

I enabled the frontend audio and used "Fade in/out" option and i noticed that when i entered a game the is no audio and when exit the game and return to the frontend the audio i again working.

After this i reentered a game and went to desktop (without closing mame) and i noticed that "Wave volume" is zero when in a game and max when in frontend Mala.

I disabled the option "Fade in/out" and as result i had again volume up in game and mala.

Is "Fate in/ou" option not working? Is it a bug?

Can you put a screenshot of your MALA setup?
Are you using the last version of MALA?

i resolve the problem removing "fade out/in" option: mala lower volume entering the game but raise the volume only when exiting the game (re-entering mala frontend)


it seems to be a bug.

Its most definitely a bug I have run into it.

Someone may have come up with a complicated work around but the reality is that its yet another example of the unfortunate lack of development for Mala.

ok, if it is a bug is better that anyone knows, also because is not critical:

-> Do not use "fate in/out" music option in the Mala Gui because il will lower to Zero level the music/sound during the games and will raise again only in Mala Frontend. (It is a bug)

You could test it using the last version of MALA.
I'll try test it too.
