Aimtrac Holster ideas
« on: September 11, 2014, 01:13:04 pm »
I'm looking for ideas or plans to make a holster for the Ultimarc Aimtrak........i saw some that used a U bolt, but was thinking more of a holster style.

I know Happ makes some but not sure what model would work.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

There are several threads on the topic.

Search is your friend.  ::)

You're probably not getting responses here because you're not including details on your setup ad preferred mount location. (top of CP, side of cab/CP, back of CP overhang, kickplate, motorized drawer, etc.)   :P

I stuck them in holes I built into the front of the cabinet itself

What a great idea!  Thanks. I might go that route as a last resort. Was hoping for the easy way out.

I make mine with an abs pipe. I heated it then bended it. I will paint them later when I sure of the color.

May be I should start a thread in the project section.
